Families with children ages 3 and up are invited to join us for a special Lunar New Year presentation with Honglei Yuan, a teacher from the Main Line Chinese Culture Center. The program will include a Lunar New Year story, a craft, and a traditional handkerchief spinning demo/workshop which is a common way to celebrate the festivities in China. What a great way to observe the last day of the Lunar New Year, The Lantern Festival, also called Shangyuan Festival, which is today! Sponsored by the Friends of the William Jeanes Memorial Library Registration is required. Registration will open two weeks in advance of this program's date.
