  4. Comedy comes to Southern Cross Kitchen on Thursday, February 27th from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $20. On the bill for the show are: Corey Alexander A 5 time comedy contest winner, Corey is a Philadelphia native that travels all over the country. He was recently named one of the top 500 touring comics by the award winning Merryfield podcast. Corey has played such top clubs as Carolines, Broadway, and Gotham in NYC. He has also played top clubs like the Improv, Flappers, and the World Famous Comedy Store in LA. He has a new comedy CD coming out in 2020 produced at the Funny Bone in St. Louis. He was also featured in the movie Bad Dad. Cisco Hernandez One of the premier DJs in state, Cisco has returned to comedy after a short layoff. He has been the opening act at casinos and NY and PA comedy clubs. He runs his own comedy show in Phoenixville and Valley Forge Casino, and has been the hand picked opener by national NY headliners. He will also be DJ'ing after the comedy show. One more act is TBD. Headliner Missy Hall: Missy is a comedian, warm up act, and motivational speaker with a sharp-witted, universal style that captivates audiences around the country. A seasoned actress/singer, Missy was featured in “Road Spill” on TruTV and in the feature film “Days of Power” with Eric Roberts released in 2018. Missy was also a finalist in the professional category of the 2018 Ladies Out Loud competition, a finalist at the 2018 Big Sky Comedy Festival, a headliner at the 2019 San Diego Comedy Festival, and made Best of the Fest in the 2019 Burbank Comedy Festival. She is the 2013 winner of the Laugh Out Loud Competition and her freshman comedy CD, “Miss Representation” was a first round Grammy nominee in 2012 for funniest comedy album.
