The Boatloads and Montoj are throwing a Christmas Party at Washington Fire House #1 (Washies) on Saturday 12/22/18. Washies will be closed for roughly a year while the high-rise hotel is built, and it'll be smaller when it re-opens. So, Conshy's favorite cover band is throwing this event (open to the public) as a send-off to the place for the time being, as well as a Christmas/Holiday Party, and a way of saying thank you to our local fans. $30 admission gets you beer, food, music and fun! The Boatloads share a drummer and bassist with Montoj, which is fronted by "Conshy Idol" winner, Matt Oliveri. Tickets may be purchased through Venmo (@TheBoatloads - Peter Trosini), and will also be available at the door. We're encouraging anyone who can to take Uber or Lyft, as the parking situation has become a little difficult with the ongoing construction. However, Mercy Health is allowing the Fire House to use their parking lots for the month of December, and there is a crosswalk. Facebook invite below...
