Beacon Commercial Real Estate recently announced the sale of 1000 Fayette Street in Conshohocken.  The 3,500 square foot, three-story building built in 1900 was sold for $839,000.

Gene McHale and Colin McHale of Beacon Commercial Real Estate represented 101 Ford Street Investors the seller in the transaction, Stephen W. Patterson, John B Patterson II, and J. Stuart Patterson.  Jere Shertzer of Beacon Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer, Conshohocken Legend Associates who will be moving their real estate office to the new location.

The Pattersons operated an insurance business at the property. They sold their business to an Illinois brokerage in 2018.
