Ted’s Pizza, which has been around since 1990 according to property records, has closed its doors. An alert reader pointed us to the sign on the door that in addition to saying that the business has closed, thanks its customers.

In February of last year, MoreThanTheCurve.com reported that the restaurant space was for lease and that there was also the opportunity to buy the property (that includes a house, the connected restaurant and the parking lot).

We are told that the sale of the property is close to being finalized. The seller is represented by Mike Sroka and Matt Donnelly from the Home Experts For You Real Estate Team at Keller Williams.
