John Mancini of Coldwell Banker Preferred Commercial has listed for lease or purchase 1001 West Ridge Pike in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township). You can view the full listing here.

The building was originally constructed in 1954 for the United Steelworkers Union of America, which used it as a union hall and banquet facility. Mancini said that numerous local couples got married there.

It then became a mix of small retail uses on the Ridge Pike facing side with Amerkor Industries, a wig company, utilizing the remainder of the property for its office and distribution center. This was followed by electronics retailer Tweeter which made it’s home there for approximately eight years. Most recently it was a location of Drive Here, a used car dealership.
