The space on the corner of West 1st Avenue and Fayette Street, that was formally a furniture store, has a crew inside it doing some work. The space is going to be a Nudy’s Café.

According to the crew doing the work they aren’t working on behalf of Nudy’s, but doing some work for the property owner to prepare for when Nudy’s takes over the building.

When Nudy’s signed the lease the projection for opening was October/November. We haven’t heard yet if the November timeline still is in play or it will be delayed.
