A former industrial/warehouse space at the Spring Mill Corporate Center, that was most recently a gym, is being transformed into Class A office space. Historically the building was part of the Lee Tire complex. Once renovated, the building will offer 42,000 square feet of office space and can be divided into 22,000 and 20,000 spaces. It has a Conshohocken address within Whitemarsh Township.

If you are wondering where this is, it is the office complex at East Hector and North Lane. This specific building is in the interior of the complex and not visible from either street.

The building is expected to be available in March of 2019.
