The property that was formally a Houlihan’s at 601 West Germantown Pike in Plymouth Meeting is now in phase two of its redevelopment.

The first phase brought a now open Mission BBQ and Visionworks. The second phase, which is now under construction, will have a T-Mobile and another tenant that is not yet determined.

The available space is 2,600 square feet.
