Fudi closed in Plymouth Meeting

This week the contents of Fudi (formerly Bryn & Danes) in Plymouth Meeting were being sold online in a Facebook group. It included everything from outdoor furniture to kitchen equipment. If you are interested, the group is the Ambler Area Online Yard Sale group.

In February, MoreThanTheCurve.com exchanged emails with Bryn Davis, the founder of Fudi, and at that time Davis said the closing was temporary and that he planned to reopen Fudi in the spring. Davis did not respond to an email this week to clarify the current situation.

Sal Paone, Jr., the owner and developer of the mixed-use Cold Point Village where the restaurant is located, would not comment on the situation with the restaurant but did offer that they are looking for a new tenant and will start marketing the space in the near future. Sam Paone will be representing the property.

Bryn & Dane’s, which offered healthy fast food, opened in Plymouth Meeting in 2015. In 2021, the concept was changed to be 100% plant-based and the name was changed to Fudi.
