It has been over a year since MoreThanTheCurve.com reported on a Greek restaurant opening at 4 East 1st Avenue in Conshohocken. Work on the space has been taken place over the past few months and recently the sign went up announcing its name. It will be called “Eat Greek.”

Still trying to find out the projected opening date. More to come.
