Someone asked us earlier today about the beaver that has been taken down trees in Conshohocken along the Schuylkill River for about a year (that we know of).

We speculated that maybe it got killed in the recent flooding or got a free unexpected ride downriver to Manayunk.

Well, late this afternoon someone sent us two photos of a Willow tree taken down by a beaver between the dog park and the helipad.

The beaver (or beavers) seemed to have survived and are clearing the riverfront for more apartments.
