MoreThanTheCurve.com had the opportunity to interview Stacy Ellam, a candidate for the Ward 6 seat on Conshohocken’s Borough Council. She will face Marci Caudle in the Democratic Party primary on May 18th. The winner of the primary will face the Republican candidate in November. Bob Stokley, the longtime council member for the ward and the only Republican on borough council is not running for re-election. Caudle did not respond to our requests for an interview.
