Introducing Smoke-n-Bones BBQ

Two locals, Ken Mason and Jim Catania, are launching a mobile bbq business called Smoke-n-Bones.  This weekend Smoke-n-Bones will be set-up at the Conshohocken Fire Company No. 2 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. They use a real wood pit BBQ and will be serving ribs, pork, brisket, chicken and more.

Mason and Catania have organized the Casmar Rib-Off for the past few years.  They purchased the food cart from a business in Wildwood that moved into a permanent location.  They plan to make Conshy a regular stop and participate in all of Conshy’s events.  So keep an eye out for Smoke-n-Bones.
