PennDOT has announced that there will be a right lane closure on southbound interstate 476 tomorrow (Friday, February 22nd) from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. between the Pearl Harbor Memorial Bridge and the Philadelphia/Valley Forge interchange in West Conshohocken. The purpose is for soil excavation.
