Local effort has made over 1,000 face shields for front line workers

Ryan Owsiany of Patch & Paint Pros has organized Face Shields for the Front Line, which has assembled over 1,000 face shields to date. This includes 444 that were assembled last Wednesday night by a group of volunteers at Southern Cross Kitchen. Pictured are Owsiany (center), Abe Thomson (left) and Mark Danek (right).

The effort has a GoFundMe page and needs labor to assemble the shields. Every $2.00 donation equals one face shield. You can volunteer by contacting estimates@patchandpaintpros.com.
