On Monday via a press release, Montgomery County officials released data for May 30, May 31 and June 1. Over those three days, 172 (May 30: 89, May 31: 51, June 1: 32) people tested positive for Coronavirus, and 16 individuals died of confirmed cases.

That brings the countywide total to 7,031 cases and 693 confirmed deaths. Thirty-six of the new cases over the three days were from long-term care facilities.

The 14-day total of positive tests is 1,086 with a daily average of 78 based on the county’s data. The goal to reach phase yellow set by the governor is to have a 14-day daily average of 30. The county is currently off that pace by 48. Please note that Governor Wolf announced that Montgomery County will likely move to the yellow phase of reopening on June 5th, so unless the numbers dramatically change, this formula is no longer relevant.

• Conshohocken is at 38 cases, which is the same as Friday
  • There have been zero deaths overall in Conshohocken
• Whitemarsh is at 141 cases, which is one more than Friday
  • There have been 22 deaths overall in Whitemarsh, which is three more than Friday
• Plymouth is at 110 cases, which is two more than Friday
  • There have been six deaths overall in Plymouth
• West Conshohocken is at eight cases, which is the same as Friday
  • There have been zero deaths in West Conshohocken
