As MoreThanTheCurve.com recently reported, West Conshohocken sold its sewer system to the Borough of Conshohocken Authority. West Conshohocken has issued a fact sheet about the sale, plus we have some information on who else bid to buy the system and how much they bid.

The other bidders and the amounts offered are detailed in a presentation made by the consultants hired to handle the bidding and sale. The presentation was recorded in the minutes of the March 28th meeting of West Conshohocken’s Borough Council. The text is below:

As you can see, the Borough of Conshohocken Authority’s bid was over $3 million more than the next highest bid. We’re not sure what to make of that. So if you know the sewer business, let us know in the comments.
