Yesterday Philadelphia magazine broke the story that Conshohocken’s former Borough Manager, Fran Marabella, is suing the Borough over his termination about two years ago. Late last night we read through the lawsuit (download a PDF) and were surprised (we made the same face as Spanky) to find that the lawsuit utilizes two articles from MoreThanTheCurve as part of Exhibit A. Reading the lawsuit and then going back to read what we published as it happened (along with Philly.com and the Times Herald, which also had articles included as exhibits) it makes quite the case that the Borough did not handle the situation the best.
