A mother and daughter, Betsy and Mokeira Gekonge, were featured on NBC10’s in a report by Deanna Durante on the pair’s decision to volunteer at the Barren Hill Fire Company in Lafayette Hill. Together they recently graduated from the Montgomery County Fire Academy and received their Firefighter I certificates.
