New hotel in Conshohocken has a pending liquor license

A liquor license is now pending in the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board database for Hotel West & Main, which is part of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection, which is currently under construction at the corner of West Elm Street and Fayette Street in Conshohocken. The hotel is a partnership between Keystone Development + Investment and the Concord Hospitality Enterprises.

The hotel will offer a first-floor dining experience with an outdoor terrace that will physically connect the hotel and the historic firehouse. The restaurant will be known as 1874 Social, honoring the year the fire company formed on the site. The firehouse was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.

On the second floor of the firehouse will be Hook & Ladder Skybar, which will be a gastropub experience.

An opening date has not been announced.
