Each beer has been carefully chosen for the moment and, more important, the food. Menu highlights include Young’s Double Chocolate Short Ribs ($11); Adobo Duck IPA Breast ($10); And Flat Iron Steak, with Ommegang Rare Vos Onion Marmalade ($14).
