Appetizers
- Roasted oysters with Parmesan cream sauce
- Blackened scallops with grilled asparagus and corn in a saffron cream sauce
- Noel salad with strawberries, apples, dried cranberries, pecans and goat cheese over baby arugula tossed in a honey mustard vinaigrette
- Lobster bisque garnished with crème fraîche and fried lobster and chives
Entrées
- Crab Alfredo, jumbo lump crab meat, spinach, chopped tomatoes and a touch of jalapeno peppers tossed in linguine with a sprinkle of old bay seasoning
- 12 ounce bone in veal chop with mushroom Marsala sauce with steamed asparagus and blue cheese mashed potatoes
- Seared Black Sea Bass in a lobster cream sauce with herbed mashed potatoes and baby bok choy
- 6 ounce Lobster Tail over leek and corn risotto, roasted red pepper cream sauce topped with frizzled onions
- Quail stuffed with apples, leeks, raisins and sage with a Grand Marnier cream sauce, roasted brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes
