Noodle and bubble tea business denied zoning relief to operate in residential neighborhood in Plymouth Meeting

During an April 17th hearing, the Plymouth Township Zoning Hearing Board voted to deny zoning relief sought by an applicant to open a noodle and bubble tea business within a residential property in Plymouth Meeting.

The property involved was 710 Township Line Road in Plymouth Meeting and the applicant was the property’s owner Vince Yip.

During an April 10th meeting, Plymouth Township’s Council voted unanimously to oppose the application.

During the council’s workshop meeting earlier this month, members of the council expressed concerns over the property being within a residential area and the impact on the neighborhood by delivery drivers and those picking up their own food.
