BYOB Trattoria Totaro is ringing in the New Year with a three course menu for $55.00. Chose one item from three courses. The menu is as follows:

With arugula, prosciutto di Parma, fig, pine nuts and gorgonzola cheese in a cinnamon vinaigrette

Porcini dusted shrimp
Over sautéed spinach

Lump crab cake
With roasted red pepper and sun dried tomato aioli

Pasta Sampler
Fettuccine Neptune(homemade fettuccine tossed with shrimp, and crab in a white wine cream sauce, Cavitelli Desperada(Kalamata olives, capers, anchovy in a spicy marinara sauce) and Cheese Ravioli Victoria(spinach, sundried tomatoes, prosciutto, peas, aurore sauce)

Entrees

Veal Vivian
Veal tender topped with lump crab meat, baby spinach and mozzarella cheese in a white wine cream sauce with grilled asparagus

Surf and Turf
3 ounce filet topped with gorgonzola and caramelized onions, jumbo shrimp sautéed and served over homemade pasta tossed in a lump crab scampi sauce. With grilled asparagus

Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass
With fig sauce, served with lyonaisse potatoes and grilled vegetables

Pescatore
Shrimp, clams, mussels, calamari, lump crab and scallops over home made pasta in marinara sauce or white wine garlic sauce

Veal Chop
Grilled 20 ounce chop with a wild mushroom peppercorn demi. Cheddar and caramelized onion layered potato cake and broccoli rabe

Rack of Lamb
Pesto grilled rack of lamb drizzled with rosemary marsala pan juices and served with porcini mushroom risotto and roasted root vegetables
