I don’t care if you call me names. I don’t care if you criticize the site. What I can’t take (and frankly don’t understand) is the need for people to negatively comment on a home one of their neighbors is selling.

One of your neighbors is selling what is likely their largest investment and you feel the need to point out on social media what your keen expertise on real estate makes the house not worth the asking price. Do you want that to happen to you when you go to sell your house?
