Overnight Closure of Route 23 Between Balligomingo and Swedeland Road from May 18-20

PECO Energy is planning an overnight closure on Route 23 (Front Street) between Balligomingo Road and Route 320 (Swedeland Road) in West Conshohocken Borough, Montgomery County, on Wednesday, May 18th, through Friday, May 20th, from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., for gas main repair, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced.

During construction, motorists traveling west on Route 23 (Front Street) will be detoured over Matsonford Road, left on the ramp to Interstate 76 west, to Route 320 (Gulph Mills Exit), and Route 320 (Holstein Road/Swedeland Road) back to Route 23 (Front Street).

Motorists traveling east on Route 23 (Front Street) will be detoured over Route 320 (Swedeland Road/Holstein Road), left on Route 320 (Gulph Road), and east on I-76 to Route 23 (Conshohocken Exit).

PECO Energy will complete the project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
