Plan for 20-unit apartment building along Spring Mill Avenue in Conshohocken section of Whitemarsh

Conshohocken-based developer Borkowski Homes has submitted plans for a 20-unit apartment building at 927-31 Spring Mill Avenue in Conshohocken (Whitemarsh Township).

The two properties include a former glass business called Wally’s Glass and a home. The commercial property was originally part of Lee Tire.

We spoke with Chuck Borkowski and he believes that the plans align with the zoning code for that section of the township and will not need any zoning relief. The plans are now under review by the township.

You can view the plans here. More to come.
