Plymouth Township Police Department Announces Arrest Due to Non-Delivery of $13,000 in Kitchen Supplies

The Plymouth Township Police Department has announced the September 17th arrest of Kurt Alan Poust, Jr, 43, of Lansdale. The charge is Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition and Receiving Stolen Property.          

According to the notice, Poust operated the two Factory Outlet Remodel Store locations in Hatfield and East Norriton. A resident of Plymouth Township paid the Factory Outlet Remodel Store approximately $13,000.00 to purchase kitchen supplies. The items were to be delivered to the customer but never arrived.

Efforts to contact the Factory Outlet Remodel Store went unanswered and the businesses appeared closed.          

Poust was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Francis J. Bernhardt III.  The preliminary hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, October 22nd at 9:00 a.m. before Bernhardt. Bail was set at $25,000.00 unsecured.
