A joint investigation by the Plymouth Township, Whitpain Township, and Upper Providence Township Police Departments led to the Plymouth Township Police Department to obtain arrest warrants for Joshua Kamar Kennerly (pictured right) and Syphee Antoine Jones (pictured left) for Identity Theft and related offenses. Kennerly and Jones purchased vehicles using the names of others using their personal identifiers without their knowledge.
