The Plymouth Township Police Department holds an active arrest warrant for Shakira Cydel McNeal for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. McNeal entered the Home Depot at 200 Alan Wood Road in the Conshohocken section of Plymouth Township on three different dates since November of 2017. McNeal stole $1773.00 worth of merchandise.
