Plymouth Whitemarsh High School senior Luke Caucci has signed to play baseball for Lafayette College in Easton, PA. The honors student shared that he is looking forward to being a part of a “very competitive team with a ton of like-minded athletes.” He intends to study psychology.

Caucci plays center field, and middle infield, and is a noted base stealer. He has 11 doubles, four triples, and one homerun in the record books so far, and is looking forward to his last season with The Colonials.

“I was taught personal and professional skills that have helped me beyond the classroom,” he said of his experiences on the field. “I have had many teachers and staff members help me along the way.”

Caucci has played baseball since he was five, starting off in Whitemarsh Little League. He also plays for the Philly Bandits.

Off the field, he is a member of the International Baccalaureate Programme and has achieved Distinguished Honors in grades from ninth to 11th grades.
