Plymouth Whitemarsh High School’s Kylie Campbell to cheer for Widener University

Plymouth Whitemarsh High School’s Kylie Campbell will cheer for Widener University when she enters the school next year to study nursing.

Campbell, who has been a main base for the high school cheerleading squad and was named a Universal Cheerleader Association (UCA) All-American Captain, said she feels prepared for the next chapter.

“(I am looking forward to) making memories with new people and learning new skills at the college level,” she said.

As part of Plymouth Whitemarsh’s squad, she was among those who finished 5th in the nation for traditional cheer at the Universal Cheerleader Association (UCA) Nationals competition held in February 2020. She has been a cheerleader since the age of three.

Along with her athletic pursuits, Campbell is a member of the National Art Honor Society and the Photography Club.
