The portion of the Plymouth Meeting Mall that fronts Germantown Pike and was once home to Macy’s has been sold for $14,300,000 to 500 Germantown Partners LLC & ET A, an entity associated with Goodman Properties of Jenkintown. PREIT, the main landowner on the mall property, did not own this portion of the mall. Since 1988, it has been owned by a series of entities that are today known as Bayview Associates & Esan, LLC. The recent transaction was completed on September 2nd.

This section of the mall was redeveloped between 2017 and 2019 following the closure of Macy’s. Today, tenants in this space include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Miller’s Ale House, Burlington, Ideal Image, Edge Fitness, and Michaels. There is one vacant space that was Real Fruit.
