Property Owner of Bus Depot and Field in Plymouth Meeting Planning to Build Two Warehouses

Romano Brothers, which owns the property at 1065 Belvoir Road in Plymouth Meeting, is seeking to construct two 50′ high warehouses on the property. In total, the two buildings would be 165,000 square feet.

According to a letter the Romano Brothers sent in mid-May to neighbors in the area, it had sought to redevelop the property with single family homes and townhouses and found that the Plymouth Township did not approve and discouraged it. Thus they are seeking to construct the warehouses which are allowed within the zoning code.

The public is invited to learn more about the warehouse plan by visiting the property on Wednesday, May 22nd from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

On June 3rd at 7:00 p.m., the Romano Brothers will go before Plymouth Council to present the plan.

More to come.
