Proposal to Redevelop Office Building Adjacent to the Plymouth Meeting Mall as Elderly Housing/Assisted Living Facility

Plymouth Township’s Council is scheduled to have a hearing for a proposal from Sage Senior Living Development to convert the office building adjacent to the Plymouth Meeting Mall (502 West Germantown Pike) into a 150-unit elderly housing/assisted living facility. The hearing is scheduled for Monday, April 8th at 6:00 p.m. at the township building at 700 Belvoir Road in Plymouth Meeting.

NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING AND MEETING At the request of Sage Senior Living Development, and in accordance with the requirements of the Plymouth Township Zoning Ordinance of 1960, the Plymouth Township Council, Montgomery County, PA, will conduct a Conditional Use Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 8, 2019, at the Plymouth Township Municipal Building, 700 Belvoir Road, Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania 19462. The following request will be heard and open to receive public written and oral comment. The Applicant seeks to convert the existing vacant office building into a 150-unit elderly housing/assisted living facility. The property is located at 502 West Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462, and sits within the Shopping Center District of the Plymouth Township Zoning Ordinance of 1960. Applicant requests approval of its Conditional Use Application. A copy of the Conditional Use Application is on file at the Plymouth Township Municipal Building, and may be viewed at the Plymouth Township Municipal Building during regular business hours. The property owner, Keystone Property Group, announced a plan in 2015 to renovate the building and rebrand it as One Plymouth Meeting.
