The owner of the Chubb Hotel & Conference Center, which includes conference facilities and a golf course, is seeking to subdivide the property between the portion containing the conference center and the golf course. You can view the subdivision plans here.

The issue will go before the Whitemarsh Township Planning Commission on Tuesday, January 28th at 7:00 p.m. See the agenda.

On the Nextdoor platform today, several people expressed concerns that the property is going to be subdivided to develop the golf course portion of the property with homes. On the agenda for the January 28th meeting, it states that “no development proposed.”
