Registration is open for Hart Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing & Mixed Martial Arts Academy’s kids’ martial arts program. The kids’ program is very active, fun and informative, and focuses on Gracie jiu-jitsu self-defense. This approach helps ensure your child or children enjoy their training while learning. Timothy Hart, the owner of the academy shared that “the valuable self-defense skills they learn will help prepare them against bullying and outside confrontations.”

Programs are offered for kids from four years old through 15 years old and are classes are offered multiple times throughout the week, including Saturday morning.
