Rob Nelson

How did you come to live and/or work in Conshohocken?

I am born and raised in Lafayette Hill, and still residing there now. Conshohocken was always a great town and now with all of the improvements in restaurants, offices, bars, apartments and housing it can be greatly appreciated by more people.

What do you do (career wise)?

I am the owner of Edwards-Freeman Nut Company on Hector Street, “The Greatest Nut & Candy Store on Earth”.

What are you involved in outside of work?

I enjoy helping others.  I am very involved in The Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House.  It is my charity of choice.   Not only do I donate and raise a lot of money for the house, but I also donate my time there too.

What are your favorite places in Conshohocken?

I love Totaro’s, Great American Pub, Boathouse, Spamps and Pepperoncini.  I also always get my hair cut at Style of Man.
