Robert Phipps

Former Conshohocken Fire Chief Robert Phipps was in the news recently.  A few weeks ago he was driving through West Conshohocken on the way to work when he noticed a house on fire.  He stopped, ran into the burning house and dragged out a guy that was trying to put the fire out with a garden hose.  You can read the full story here.
