A reader sent us footage from a security camera showing a man in distress stumbling near East 4th Avenue and Harry Street. After the man in distress passes (he is wearing a backwards baseball cap), a second person appears in a hooded sweatshirt. The second person looks around and eventually walks in the same direction as the person in distress.

The reader shared that the video was provided to the police yesterday.
