See the Resolution Involving the Proposed Townhomes at Abolition Hall – Whitemarsh Supervisors to Vote Tonight

Tonight (Thursday, October 25th) at 7:00 p.m. a resolution involving the proposal to build 67 townhomes on the Abolition Hall property in Plymouth Meeting will be before Whitemarsh Township’s Board of Supervisors.

The resolution (read here) is drafted to give a little history of the process undertaken to reach this point, defines the property and the developer’s plans. It also sets a bunch of conditions, that if approved, the developer would need to follow.

So what will happen tonight is that one of the supervisors will need to make a motion to approve or deny this resolution. Four of the five supervisors are participating in the vote (one recused herself).

We plan to be there and hope to carry the vote live on Facebook.

Note that we had trouble viewing the resolution on our phone. It just said “draft.” We were able to view it on a computer.
