See What is Replacing Seventh Heaven (AKA the Conshy Ballet)

We have reported on this before, but we can now provide more details. As you likely know, the Seventh Heaven property was sold and the new owner knocked down the building.

The plan for the property is a mixed-use building with ground floor office/retail and 12 apartments on the upper two floors. The office/retail space is 5,860 SF and there are 25 parking spaces.

The building will be called Lee Park Commons at Spring Mill and is currently under construction. You can view the listing here.
