Spring Mill Corporate Center seeks to add a full-service restaurant along East Hector Street in Conshohocken

The Philadelphia Business Journal published an article today on the renovation of the Spring Mill Corporate Center at the intersection of East Hector Street in North Lane in Conshohocken (Whitemarsh Township). The property was purchased by Alliance HSP for $80 million in 2019 with a plan for up to $10 million in renovations.

One paragraph in the article is about the plan to add a full-service restaurant at the property. The article reads:

The company is looking to lease a 7,500-square-foot space on the ground floor to a full-service restaurant that it hopes will not only cater to tenants of the office building but become a standalone destination for an after-work crowd and on the weekends. An apartment complex, train station and the Schuylkill River Trail are directly across the street from Spring Mill and are being used as part of its allure for tenants but also to attract patrons to the restaurant.

The property has been home to a pizzeria/deli that was open to the public but really only focused on the tenants in the offices. The nearest restaurants to the office complex are four to six blocks away (Bar Lucca, Pete’s Deli, Conshohocken Brewing, Trattoria Totaro, and Coyote Crossing).

More to come.
