Dr. Asal Caskey, practice owner and veterinarian, is a former Conshohocken resident and graduate of the University of Pennsylvania who has practiced dog and cat medicine and surgery on the Main Line, along with emergency and urgent care medicine. Her passion is connecting with the pets and pet parents she seeks to help, and ensuring each visit is met with individual and progressive medical options, preventative recommendations, a fear-free atmosphere, and ultimately a human-animal-veterinary bond that is truly unique. She is excited to make Conshohocken her permanent professional home!
Spring Mill Veterinary Hospital has been open and operating as a mobile practice since the fall of 2022 and has had the pleasure of making house call visits in the Conshohocken and the surrounding communities. The new open space at 1032 East Hector Street will be able to provide current clients as well as a full schedule of new clients a place where beloved pets of all shapes and sizes will be treated with compassion and care and be able to receive the highest standard of medical, surgical, and urgent care needs that may arise.

Deanna Arentzen
A technician assistant, Deanna is a Conshohocken native who lives in town with her husband and baby girl, as well as her two adorable rambunctious pups! Deanna has been with Spring Mill Vet since our exclusively mobile days and is a critical member of the team. She is excellent with client communication and is happy to be helping take care of her fellow Conshy neighbors’ pets.
