While the steel frame for the SORA West office building at West 1st Avenue and Fayette Street has been completed, there is a second frame being constructed for another office building.

This second building, Seven Tower Bridge, is located on the riverfront just below the Matsonford Bridge. It will be the corporate headquarters for Hamilton Lane, which will occupy half of the building’s 260,000 square feet.
