Borough Council selected a new Fire Chief and Emergency Management Coordinator during last night’s monthly Borough Council meeting.  The positions were open due to the resignation of Stephen Phipps who held both titles.  Council selected Leo Costello for Fire Chief and Robert Zinni as Emergency Management Coordinator.  Below is video of the swearing in ceremonies:
