The space that has been Michael’s at 104 Alan Wood Road in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township) for years is for lease. Earlier this year it was announced that Michael’s was opening a location in the Plymouth Meeting Mall.

When the new store was announced, there wasn’t any mention of whether the Alan Wood Road store would close or not. This confirms it will.

The new store at the mall is expected to open in the fall of 2019.

If you are wondering, the 104 Alan Road space is almost 21,000 square feet. The average size of a Trader Joe’s is 15,000 square feet.
