Crossfit Ironborough is ready to show off their new space at 4110 Butler Pike, A-102, in Plymouth Meeting on Sunday, March 30th from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. During the open house you are welcome to check out the new facility, meet the coaches, and enjoy a complimentary drink. John Finneran of Conshohocken is one of the co-owners.

They will also be having a little competition to get everyone moving. Every hour, on the hour, they will be doing a WOD – a 7 Minute AMRAP of Cindy (5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, and 15 Squats). This WOD will be scalable so everyone can participate and the winners (male and female) will get some Crossfit Ironborough swag.

This is the third CrossFit to open in greater Conshohocken.  Crossfit Conshohoken on East Elm opened in 2011 and Crossfit Thermal on Conshohocken Road opened this past December.  Another Crossfit business is also seeking approval from Plymouth Township to open on Colwell Lane.
