Tonight I decided to try to get one more plein air painting in before this heat wave hits. I went right down by the river in my hometown and painted this scene of the Schuylkill River. The sky was bright with golden hour light, the river level was up and running swiftly with a vivid color from muddy runoff after this morning’s storms. I even got to meet a few of my new neighbors while I was out there. . . #artistlife #artist #schuylkillriver #westconshohocken #conshohocken #river #pennsylvania #art #painting #community #instaart #americanart #landscapepainting #painteveryday #landscapeart #landscapeartist #beautifullandscapes #landscapeart #ilovepainting #artforsalebyartist #instagramartist #pleinairpainting #dailypainting #artaesthetics #paintingfromlife #philadelphiaartist #phillyart

MidAtlantic Construction completed the site improvements and 12,100 SF expansion to provide a new gymnasium with support facilities as well as a new “front door” for the school of Saint Philip Neri located in Lafayette Hill, PA. The main lobby included a two-story atrium with a series of decorative stairs that connect to the school’s existing levels. The exterior brick façade was accented with multiple linear features with storefront areas added at key visual points. The new gymnasium includes a full basketball court and two side courts, bleachers, scoreboards, and sound systems. The lobby and public areas received new, upgraded finishes to create a warm reception to all visitors. Parts of the existing facility were also renovated for a new library and improved student egress. Completed: Spring 2008 #MidAtlanticConstruction #BuildingRelationships #SaintPhilipNeri #LafayetteHill
